I got this here rubric back from one of the teachers from the ACT program I'm doing to get my certification. Problem? OH hell yes, there's a problem. The problem of my FOOT going in this lady's ASS!
She docks me for three THREE criteria, when clearly two of them are present. They are very basic, but still meet the specifications of the rubric we were given. That wasn't good enough for this lady. The rubric I used didn't specify how 'in depth' the criteria were supposed to be, so this chick MAKES HER OWN FUCKIN' RUBRIC!!!!! Kicker? WE, the damn STUDENTS didn't get a copy of HER rubric. We only got the one that sets the guidelines for our assignment.
Only 16 out of 26 ACT participants even turned in their assignment. 8 EIGHT of those 16 didn't meet expectations. Only 1 of the 16 exceeded them. HALF the class (half the participants, I mean, there are two actual classes) DIDN'T PASS THIS ASSIGNMENT. Hello? hint and a half for your ass that what you did was freakin' wrong. IF you were going to judge our assignments by your made up rubric, then, you dumbass, you should have GIVEN US YOUR FRIKKIN RUBRIC!
Don't have us bust our busy, completely inexperienced and overwhelmed asses on a rubric YOU WEREN'T EVEN GOING TO BASE YOUR EVALUATION ON! Grrrrrr! So now, I have to resubmit the assignment. I'm already teetering on the edge of being asked to leave the program because I'm so effin far behind, and now this. It fuckin' sucks.
